"The room was clean, but the cleaners were not thorough. They missed the garbage and sanitary bins in the washroom, which we quickly resolved by putting a supplemental garbage bag next to the bins."

"The breakfast was amazing as it is hard to find places open early in Korea, this saved us from having to look for food first thing in the morning. I did think our room previously had pets though as my skin got a bit allergic after 3 days. The hotel is next to the Plaza where parts of Vincenzo was filmed so that was an added perk I wasn’t expecting. The hotel was clean and spacious. "

"I was shocked to find that the house keeper had scraped my night cream off my tub on my first day of stay. After feedback to the front desk and showing them the evidence. There was no mention of the matter when I checked out on the 3rd day. I am very disappointed with Marriott Hotel. "

"Rooms on exec tower are renovated. But dont stay in a room beside the elevator because our room 2377 was right beside the elevator and you can hear the mechanicals coming from the shaft. Also the curtains have so much light coming in from the top part unfortunately. I think for the price it could have offered more honestly"
