今まで何度かホテルにお世話になっていましたが、初めてカーテンを開けると､隣の家の窓なんて…外の光を浴びる事は出来なかった。そして、外出中に、なぜかスーツケースが開けられていて、財布が他のバックに入れられていた。盗らたまのはなかったが、ショックで持病のパニック症を発症してしまい、出発日は、チェックアウトの時間を延ばすことになった。ホスピタリティがしっかりしたホテルなので、信頼はしているが、今後は、気をつけないといけないと思っている。結果、誰が入ってスーツケースを開けたかは､わからない。ホテルの従業員の方々ではないとと思っています。次回も､ホテルは利用する予定です。

The quiet environment, unique shopping, and restaurants nearby are attractive. The negative point was that the room was hot...I couldn't adjust the air conditioner, and it was warm even though it was supposed to be the cold season, so I wanted it to adjust to the outside temperature. All the staff are really helpful. So I will visit again. thank you.

The location conditions suit us. It's quiet and your favorite shops are within walking distance. Above all, the staff are friendly. Some staff can also speak Japanese. And I love how they are willing to help. The woman who made the bed was also bright and kind. It's my regular residence.

スタッフやお掃除の人も親切で、アクセスも近隣にコンビニやカフェ、パン屋があり便利です。クローゼットもあるところもよかったです。梨泰院という土地柄エレベーターもカードキーがないと上れないようになってるのも安心です。一方でトイレットペーパーとトイレの距離が遠かったり、洗面所やドレッサーの椅子が座れないほど埃がついていたのは残念でした。ランドリーサービスが高いのでランドリールームとかがあると助かります。

ゴールデンウィークにゴールドスイート2泊、スタンダードダブルの部屋に2泊しました。ゴールドスイートは広くて快適に過ごせました。ただシャワールームとトイレが別々な点は良かったんですが、浴槽がなかったのがスイートなのに残念な点でした。スタンダードダブルの部屋は、狭いかなと思っていましたが、大人2人でも窮屈に感じるほどではなかったし、浴槽もあってよかったです。それと真っ白でとても明るいお部屋な点がよかったです。

The cleaning staff were more helpful and friendly than the front desk staff. But the carpet in the room is old and dirty and the corners of the room are dusty and not clean. It was inconvenient that there was no coin laundry

金曜日と土曜日は、近くのクラブが深夜まで営業しているので、低音が響いてうるさいです。それ以外は、駅も近いので便利で、良いホテルでした。

約３年振りの韓国旅行で再訪問しました。以前は、日本語の出来るスタッフに遭遇しなかったのですが、今回は２人の方が日本語が出来て意思の疎通がし易く、いろいろと助けてもらえて大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。韓国に滞在する時は、バスタブとbidet toiletのあるホテルを利用したくて割安で両方を備えているので安心です。今回は、バスタブ利用のお客様が少ないためなのか清掃面の不備（初日）と備え付けのシャンプー類、free disposable toothbrushが空の日（二日目）もあったので客室係の人員が少ないのかと思いました。無料の水と備え付けのお茶やコーヒードリップマシーンのコーヒーサービスなどの設置には大変堪能しております。立地的には、二つの地下鉄６号線の駅の中間地点にあるので、駅からの利用には少し歩きます。以前は、日本語と中国語対応の観光案内所が近くにあったのですが、観光客減少の為か撤去されてなくなっていました。歩いて行ける美術館やギャラリー、カフェ、クラブなどの飲食店も多い街なので楽しむことが出来ました。また韓国に訪れる時には利用したいと思います。

ブルースクエアで観劇予定のため宿泊しました。今回2度目の利用です。・アクセス:イテウォン駅とハンガンジン駅のちょうど中間地点位。どちらからも坂道を登るのと、地下鉄出口が階段オンリーなので、荷物が多い方は少々大変かもしれません。仁川空港リムジンバスのバス停はホテルの目の前です。・立地:イテウォンの喧騒からは離れていて、ハンガンジンのお洒落カフェエリアに近く、近隣を散策するには最高です。・設備サービス:IP系列なのでしっかりしています。日本語は通じませんが英語は問題なし。設備は、お洒落だけど非常に使いにくい。デザイン優先という感じです。トイレットペーパーの設置場所が便座から遠くて手が届きません。・難点:地下にクラブがあり、週末の夜は上層階にも重低音が響きます。神経質な方にはお勧めできません。・コスパ:立地とサービス、設備を考えるととても良いと思います。この地区に用事がある時はまた宿泊したいです。

立地は良いですし、デザインホテルというだけあり可愛い部屋でした。wi-fiレンタルがあった事、空港からのリムジンバスが目の前で停まる事も利点でした。一点だけ残念だったのは掃除の甘さです。連泊でしたので毎日掃除を頼みましたが、整ってはいても、ん？と思う所はありました。

嬉しい改善点が！

リピーター利用ですが、以前から気になっていたのはバスルームがガラス張りなこと。一部は見えないように曇りガラスではありますが。今回そこが気にならないように部屋との間にカーテンが延長されて付いていたので安心でした。嬉しい改善です！

部屋の電気を全部つけても薄暗くメイクや準備の時に不便でした。廊下はもっともっと暗く間接照明が何個かあるくらい。人の顔がうっすら見えるくらい。ロビー、廊下、エレベーター、部屋の匂いがとても臭かった。寝ていても起きるくらいの匂い。窓が締切で開けられず換気も出来ない。トイレとお風呂が目隠しはありますがガラス張り、部屋中鏡だらけで落ち着かない部屋でした。シーツは綺麗に洗ってはいるのですが、落ちきれないシミや傷が目立ちました。清掃はしっかりされていたと思います。スタッフの方は笑顔はないですが、対応は丁寧でした。
