Parking is not available.

◎ Reservation Information

*The base number of people is 2 (maximum of 8 people; an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person will apply for extra guests).

Only the reserved number of guests are allowed to enter. If the number of guests exceeds the reservation, the accommodation fee will be three times the regular price, and guests will be asked to leave without a refund. (External CCTV installed)

◎ Accommodation Use Information

The space can accommodate up to 8 people, and bedding and amenities will be provided for each guest. Bedding setup will be arranged based on the number of people, and all rooms are available for use.

1-2 guests: Room 3 (1 queen-sized bed provided)
3-4 guests: Room 1 (2 queen-sized beds provided)
If you want a different setup, please inform us in advance.
5-6 guests: Room 1, 3 (3 queen-sized beds provided)
If you want a different setup, please inform us in advance.
7-8 guests: Room 1, 2, 3 (4 queen-sized beds provided)
1 bed is available for 2 people. Additional bedding setup incurs a 20,000 KRW fee for bedding replacement.

◎ Important Notes

Damages or losses to property will result in compensation claims.
The following rules are strictly enforced, and failure to follow them will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation.
(A fine of 200,000 KRW will be charged if violated)

If guests outside of the reservation are found in the accommodation, an additional fee of 3 times the regular rate will apply, and the guest will be asked to leave immediately. (External CCTV is installed for security and guest safety, as well as to monitor the number of people entering)
*Pets are not allowed.

The accommodation is located in a residential area.
To avoid disturbing the neighbors, please ensure no noise after 10 PM.
(If complaints are received, guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund)
