오션뷰 업그레이드, 필요 물품 지원 등 서비스가 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고요. 위치도 서귀포 중앙이라서 여기저기 갈 곳도 많네요.

가격대비 가성비 짱너무 깨끗하고 편안! 중문이랑 거리도 좋아요 다만 ..수건을 추가요청할때 ..... 잘 주려고 하지 않는듯한 느낌? 그런 부분 빼고는 만족합니다

가격대비 너무 좋았어요! 차를 타고 이동해서 위치도 딱 좋았고 원룸형 오피스텔이랑 비슷해요~~ 담에도 이용할겁니다

룸은 작은편이지만 룸컨디션은 좋았고 필요한건 전부 있습니다. 세탁기는 사용해보지 않았지만 냉장고가 커서 생수를 얼릴 수 있어서 유용했습니다. 침구류 폭신했는데 배게가 너무 낮아서 잠을 설쳤네요 예민하신 분은 배게 추가 하시길 권장합니다. 주차장 없는 것은 좀 아쉽다 정도 호텔 주변으로 노상주차 가능하고요 다만 밤늦게 들어오면 빡빡할수 있어요. 결론적으로 위치좋고 가성비 좋아서 재방문의사 있습니다.

방이 다소 작은편이지만 불편하지 않을 정도이고 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 다만 화장실 문을 닫으면 안에서는 안열려서 매우 불편했고 주차장이 협소합니다.

딱히 불편함은 없었으나.

서귀포에 위치해 있으며 주변엔 관공서도 있고 아파트도 있고 이마트도 있습니다. 차로 5분거리에 포구도 있어서 바다를 보면서 음식도 먹을수 있습니다. 시설면에서는 불편이 없으나 약간 방의 크기가 작아요. 바다뷰이긴 하지만 앞에 관공서도 보입니다.주차장이 따로 마련되어 있지 않습니다. 주변에 그냥 세워주면 된다고 하는데 안내를 잘못 받았는지 ㅈ금 의아했습니다. 굿즈의 디자인이 예뻤고 투숙했을때 남자직원분의 태도가 약간 딱딱해서 조금 불편함이 있었습니다.

이 가격에 이 퀄리티면 자선사업가

1. 방이 아주 넓지는 않아요. 캐리어 26인치 두 개 펴두면 침대 옆으로 걸어다닐 수 없어요. 가방 정리하고 세워두면 딱 괜찮았어요. 전 이 가격에 이 퀄리티 방에 이 크기면 매우 만족해요. 2. 1층 직원들이 매우 친절해요. 일주일 머무르면서 많은 직원들을 봤는데 정말 한 명도 빠짐없이 친절합니다. 3. 세탁기와 씽크대가 방에 있다는 건 진짜 최고예요.. 세제는 1층에서 달라하면 줍니다. 건조대도 재고가 있으면 줍니다. 전 건조대 없을까봐 옷걸이 몇 개 가져갔어요. 일정 끝나면 회 포장해서 세탁기 돌려놓고 쉬었는데 이렇게 쾌적한 여행은 처음이었어요. 4. 침대, 이불이 폭신하고 따뜻함. 한 가지 아쉬운 점이라면, 베개가 심하게 푹신해서 머리가 침대에 붙도록 납작해진다는거예요. 옆으로 누을 때 살짝 불편해요. 자고 일어나면 베개가 납짝쿵이 되어있어요. 5. 화장실도 있을 건 다 있고 매우 깨끗함. 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시 다 있어요. 다른 호텔은 샤워부스의 바닥 경사가 안 맞다든지, 물빠지는 곳이 편평하지 않아서 물이 잘 안 빠진다든지 해서 바닥에 물이 차는 경우가 있었는데 여기는 안 그래요 물도 잘 빠지고 좀이따 가보면 바닥이 보송보송해져있습니다. 6. 이건 꽤 아쉬운 점이라고 생각해요. 이 방의 유일한 단점은 화장실이 여닫이문이라는 것이에요. 그 이유는... 완벽하게 차단되지 않아요.. 변기에 앉으면 바로 앞에 여닫이문이 있는데 문 특성상 좌우로 틈이 살짝 있기 때문에 냄새나 소리가 완벽차단 되지 않아요. 가족끼리 가면 모르겠지만 친구나 연인이 함께 간다면 신경 쓰일 수도 있어요. 7. 냉장고. 작은 냉장고일줄 알았는데 중형? 정도였어요. 집에서 쓰는 큰 냉장고와 모텔에 있는 작은 냉장고의 중간 정도네요. 냉동실도 따로 있고 아주 만족했습니다. 8. 근데 주차장이 따로 없는 것 맞나요? 저희는 여행 내내 호텔 뒤 길에 주차해놨어요. 주차타워가 있는데 아예 안 쓰게 막아놨더라고요. 그냥 그 주변 길에 다 주차해둡니다. 무료주차장이나 도로 옆 주차인데, 다 야외예요. 참고하세요. 총평. 머무르는 내내 부모님과 제주에 온다면 여기에 또 와야겠다고 생각했어요. 있을 건 다 있고, 깔끔하고, 정말 만족했어요. 다음에 또 올게요.

숙소 깔끔하고 좋아요 ~ 버스터미널에서 버스타고 가세용 ... 경사로에 있어서 가방 끌고 가는거 힘든것 빼면 정말 좋아요~ 빨래도 할수있고 세제랑 거치대도 무료로 주시고 안에 비치된 음료도 커피빈 커피와 티로 구성되어 있어 좋고 전자렌지 냉장고 큰게 비치되어 너무 좋았어요 ~ 편의점도 바로 앞에 있어서 이뇽시 불편감 없었습니다!!!!!

잘 쉬다 왔습니다.

위치 제외하고도 갓성비 호텔입니다. 씨뷰로 예약했으나 나름 씨뷰이긴하나 씨티뷰가 더 맞을듯 합니다. 룸컨디션 좋고 청소 깨끗이 잘해주셨습니다. 뭣보다 전자랜지와 미니싱크대가 있어 좋았고 세탁기까지 비치되서있어 여름여행때 유용할것 같았고 뭣보다 다른호텔의 시원하지 않은 미니 냉장고가 아니라 냉동칸이 있고 냉장칸도 시원해 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 주차장이 따로 없지만 길가주차 가능했고 마트와 배달음식이용도 편리했습니다. 서귀포, 한라산, 산방산근처 여행시 좋을것 같습니다. 재방문의사 있습니다.

역시 가성비 갑~^^

위치도 좋고 룸 상태나 시설도 다 좋았습니다. 정말 가성비가 좋은 곳입니다. 세탁기와 전자렌지도 있고 냉장고도 커서 이것 저것 넣어 놓기도 좋았어요~. 방안에 싱크대도 있어서 접시같은 것도 좀 있을 줄 알았는데 그건 좀 아쉬웠어요~ 하지만 전체적으로 마음에 들었습니다.

신도시라 전체적으로 깨끗했으나 마스터 키를 1만준것이 조금 불편했습니다 그리고 호텔주변에 고기집만 2개가 있고 다른음식점이 없는것을 빼면 완벽했습니다

철저한 소독과 세심한 배려가 함께하는 곳

방역을 빠짐없이 철저히 하시고 소독수로 시설물 곳곳을 닦는 모습에 감탄을 하였습니다. 객실 린넨류도 매우 쾌적하게 정비되어 있었는데 무엇보다도 살균소독후에 별도의 케이스에 보관하여 비치하는 리모컨은 신의 한 수인 것 같습니다. 그동안 누적된 좋은 평점과 후기의 이유를 알겠네요.

위치. 가격. 시설물 넘 만족스러워서 담에도 또 가고싶어요.근데 프런트 대응은 좀 미흡했어요. 4월 이상기후로 최저 5도까지 내려가는 날씨에 중앙냉방밖에 안된다고 항의했더니 여자직원분이 담요만 무상으로 빌려주신다고 하다가...도저히 추워서 못자겠어서 짐싸서 환불요청할 생각으로 프런트ㅠ갔더니 그제서야 남자직원분은 라지에이터 빌려주셨음. 그럴거면 첨부터 라지에이터 빌려준다고 하시지... 그리고 퓨즈나가서 방도 한번 더 옮겼어요. ㅜㅜ 그거빼곤 다 좋아요 가격과 시설과 위치가 그 나쁜 기억을 상쇄시키네요.
