성산일출봉이 보이는 전망..조용한 곳이라 더 좋아요

규모가 꽤 큰 호텔이면서 청결하고 조용하고..전쳬적인 평가에서 참좋았어요. 정수기가 복도에 설치되면 금상첨화일 듯 그리고 조식이 포함되면 더 좋을 듯

Disappointing experirence..

No English speaking staff. Swimming closed one day out of two without any notice, no hot jacuzzi, we were asked to pay the pool fees for each use and not per day as advertised on the website, no food cooking or heating possible inside the room contrary to what the pictures suggest.

성산일출봉에서 가까운 호텔

신축이라서 시설을 양호함. 호텔 근처에 식당들이 있음. 호텔 뒤편에 목장이 있어 가끔 말들을 볼 수 있음. 호텔 내 방들을 개인 분양한 것으로 보이는데, 접근 금지 스티커로 문들이 많이 봉해져 있어서 마치 폐업 직접의 호텔같은 느낌임. 조식 및 별관에서 운영하던 식당들을 운영하고 있지 않음. 전반적으로 경영상황이 불안해 보임.

주변 상권이 발달되어 편하고 차량이용시 성산항이 가까워 좋음

여러 투자자들이 객실을 압류해 약간 불안.. 하지만 직원들이 친절하고 주변에 다양한 상권이 발달됨. 성산항과 일출봉이 가깝고 편함. 제주 도착시 서남부 관광후 이곳에서 1박후 성산일출봉 관광후 우도 입항에 용의함. 우도에선 검벌레해안에서 보트 꼭 타시고, 성산에 와서는 제주뚝빼기집 가지마시고, 그옆집 조그만한 횟집 이용하세요. 제주에서 제일 저렴한 자연산 회 맛보실수 있음~ 가게이름이 세유인가 세일인가 그런것 같은데 꼭 가보세요

체크인은 빠르고 신속하게 진행되었고 높은 층으로 방이 배정되어 좋았습니다. 객실 전망도 트여있어서 좋았으며 침구도 편안하고 청결했습니다. 다만, 샤워기 수압이 약해서 샤워시 불편했으며 객실 내 목욕가운이 없는건 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 전반적으로는 만족합니다.

크게 추천하지는 않습니다.

시내뷰로 갔다가 만원추가하면 일출봉뷰 준대서 추가결제. 조식도 생각하고 갔는데 내부공사를 이유로 조식 안함. 화장실 잘되어있으나 물이 잘 안빠짐. 침대와 벽 사이 통로가 너무 좁음. 싱크대를 두긴 뒀는데 대체 사용할 일이 없음. 또한 복도를 돌아다니다 보면 빨간딱지 막 붙어있음. 무슨 채권문제인지 뭔지 잘은 모르겠으나 법적인 이유로 사용할 수 없다고 문마다 스티커를 붙여놓음. 별건 아니지만 기분 묘함. 이상 크게 추천하지 않는 이유 끝. 뭐 하루 잤지만 시설 자체는 깨끗한 편이었음.

제대로 운영되지않는 호텔상품을 판매한 호텔측과 호텔스닷컴측에 굉장히 불쾌합니다

숙박후기는 좀처럼 남기지않는 편인데 다른분들도 혹시 저희처럼 여행가서 기분상하지마시라고 글씁니다. 이곳은 정상적으로 운영되지않고 있어요. 7층에 숙박했는데 여기저기 다른 방문에 차압딱지가 붙어있는것을 봤구요. 나름 스위트룸에 숙박했지만 샤워부스안은 물도 내려가지않아 샤워후 다음날 아침에 들어가도 물이 발목까지 찰정도였습니다. 전체적으로 가구와 마감재가 모두 싼것인지 벌써 벗겨진것도 많았고, 원룸형태에서 화장실은 유리문마저 벽끝까지 설치되지않아 볼일볼때 민망 그 자체였습니다 조식을 호텔에서 해결하고자했지만 1,2층 모두 영업중인 식당은 없었구요. 그리고 제일 충격적이었던것은.. 몇몇 블로거들 소개글에 현혹되어 수영장을 이용하면 좋겠다싶어서 예약을 했던것인데 수영장에는 라이프가드도, 혹은 탈의실에서 일하는 사람도 아무도 없었습니다. 수영장에서 특히 따뜻한 탕의 바닥에는 물때와 곰팡이가 약간도 아닌 전체적으로 시커먼 정도였구요. 여행의 기분을 망치고 싶지않아 모두 참았는데요. 씻고 나가려는데 온수가 나오지않았습니다. 아무리 기다려도, 모든 샤워기를 다 켜봐도 나오지 않았습니다. 30개월 조금넘은 아이는 바들바들떠는데 해줄수있는것은 없었고, 탈의실, 샤워실 어느곳에든 인터폰이나 직원들의 흔적도 볼수없었네요. 냉수마찰하고 나와서 역시 추워서 벌벌떠는 아내와 호텔 지배인을 불러달라고했는데 오늘 출근하지않는다고 합니다. 직원이라고는 리셉션의 직원 한분뿐이었던거죠. 기다린다고하여 다른직원분이 이후에 오셨지만 납득이 가지않는게 한두가지가 아니네요. 역시나 엄청 화가나셨던 동네주민 할머니 말씀으로는 이곳은 벌써 이달에만 몇번째 온수가 나오지않았다하세요. 사람이 많지않아 비용절감차원에서 잠궈버린것인지 의심을 안할수가 없었습니다. 온수가 안나오면 고치던지 수영장을 폐쇄해야하지않았을까요? 직원한명없는 수영시설, 인명사고라도나면 어떻게 하려고 그러시는지요? 영업할날이 얼마남지않은 호텔상품을 판매한 양측에 너무 화가나고, 호텔스닷컴역시 추후 이용하지않겠습니다. 감기기가약간있기는했지만 아이가 항생제를 먹어야 할정도로 심하게 감기에 걸렸네요. 경고의 의미로 병원비 청구하고싶은것 참고있습니다. 호텔 지배인이 정말 있다면 정상영업하지않는 제품 판매하는것이 올바른지 묻고싶네요. 팔면 그만인가요? 그런 마인드로 장사하지 마세요! 일하는 직원분들도 무슨 죄입니까? 어지간하면 목소리를 높이지않는데 본의 아니게 컴플레인하고 나왔네요. 정상적인 서비스를 제공할수없다면 판매하지않는게 사람의 도리입니다. 제주여행막판에 기분다상하고 왔네요. 호텔은 커녕 모텔도 아닌 동네 목욕탕만큼도 못하네요.

수영장과 성산이 보이는 전망

룸이 약간 작은데, 그렇게 불편하거나 답답함은 없었습니다. 성산일출봉이 룸에서 보이는데 날씨 때문에 제대로 못본게 아쉬웠네요. 우도를 가기위해 성산항에서 가까운 이 호텔에서 2박을 했는데. 룸 내부는 괜찮았고 복도 외관이 보기에 안 좋았습니다. 개인 분양자인지 알수 없으나 객실 현관문에 출입통제 테잎을 붙여놔서 썩 좋아보이지는 않았습니다. 룸안에 인덕션이 있는데, 정책때문인지 사용을 못하게 해놓았습니다. 참고하세요. 그리고 수영장은 할인이 될줄 알았는데, 안된다고 하더라구요. 아들이랑 저랑 둘이 들어 가는데 17,000들었습니다. 전체적으로 양호합니다.

저렴하고 접근이 용이했습니다. 다만 아직 공사가 덜 끝난 느낌과 끝나지 않는 주차장 공사, 몇몇 객실의 차압딱지 등이 약간 불편했습니다. 전반적으로 객실의 이용/화장실 이용 등이 쾌적하고 좋았고 뷰도 좋았습니다. 아, 전기선을 꽂는 아젠다가 굉장히 불편했어요

4명이 쓰기엔 별로네요

4명이 이용할 수 있다고 되어있어서 방도 넓고 침대도 구비되어 있는줄 알았는데, 막상 도착하니 간이 침상을 추가로 구매해야 한다고 하네요 처음부터 4명으로 설정해서 검색하였고, 좋은방이라고해서 결제했는데, 2명이서 자는 더블침대 외에 침상 없이는 잘 공간도 없네요 쇼파 하나 있는데 둘이 잘수는 없구요.... 침상도 계속 움직여요.. 좀 실망이네요 4명이면 대부분 가족단위 일텐데, 화장실도 모텔같이 유리벽에.. 뭐... 두분이서 오붓한 여행하시기엔 좋아요. 앞으로 2-4 인 아니고 그냥 2인 객실로 해주시면 좋겠네요

지난번 여행때 이용해보고 너무 깨끗하고 좋아서 다시 찾았어요. 사실 처음엔 제주시민들한테 알려진 횟집을 찾다가 우연히 발견하게된 호텔이지만.. 시설도 너무 좋고 깨끗해서 다시 예약하고 갔어요. 성산일출봉도 너무 가깝고 근처에 맛집도 있고 좋았습니다.

시내와 가깝고, 성산일출봉이 바로 보여서 운치있었어요. 화장실이 베드와 가까워서 신경쓰일 수도 있는데, 올레티비에 침대도 편하고 좋았어요^^*
