"Very nice hotel. The noise didn’t bother us from the bar, but we were on the 12th floor. The staff was amazing! The location was perfect! We had a bit of a busy problem with the air conditioning, but it was taken care of promptly. The hot water works, but takes forever to heat up. I guess, because it’s on such a high floor. My suggestion would be to turn the hot water on, go downstairs and eat breakfast, and then it should be warm by the time you get back up. Lol. "

"We had to vacate our home due to asbestos, but needed to take care of removing clothing and personal items (which took longer than expected).We have been "camping out" at Boxtel in El Paso, TX for three weeks now. While they offer room servicING, they do not have a restaurant for traditional room service ... but they have a common-use kitchen with a microwave and communal refrigerator (mark your food).We found that an electric skillet from home was sufficient to cook a variety of packaged and home-cooked meals. (I understand that they have a cook-top out for repair.) This hotel reminds me of a hostel, with linen-changing service by request and a friendly, helpful staff. Only down-side is lack of a dresser, so we're living out of suitcases & boxes. "
