Senjokaku

The real ones extremely clean. Check-in was simple, we didn’t have any problems there. Air-conditioning was fantastic. It was right in the neighborhood where we wanted to be. Very convenient to be able to walk from the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff and lovely room with great sea view. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

Great resort right on the beach. Clean room while dated, it was well maintained and staff was visible and helpful. Did Half board and both Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Restaurant staff was rated 5 stars. Explained every dish. We took advantage of the large public bath, the intimate outdoor Onsen and our private bath in the room All were great. This is an underated hotel as Hagi is an underated place to visit in Japan. I think we were the only Foreigner visitors and we are Japanese Americans. The rest of the guest were domestic Visitors. Secret note, this was a homecoming for me as I was actually born here 68 years ago and my first return since I left at age one to go to USA. It was emotional to say the least. Visit this place if you want to experience what Japan is beyond the Golden Route
