  • Tucked away at the edge of downtown near the water, The spacious loft of the Carriage House overlooks the Seneca River and Trinity Chapel.

    An old Carriage House with the original stairs. Eight steps to the landing and eight steps to the loft door.

    Walk to dinner and enjoy a leisurely stroll back to relax on the porch.

    Take a morning stroll along the river with your cup of coffee. Or, pick up a cup downtown or Cafe IXX(across the river). You'll need to drive for Dunkin Donuts, 3/4 mile.

    Watch the sun rise from the porch or dining table.
