3連泊しました。なかなか良かったですよ。スタッフの皆さんが優しく丁寧。部屋が綺麗。お風呂が広くてお湯もいい感じだった。食事も郷土料理を予算内に頑張って揃えてくれてる工夫が感じ取れました。このホテルを選んで正解でした。ありがとうございました。

家族が喜びました。

・ホテル側の都合で隣の山麓荘に変更になったのですが、一緒に行った家族は却って喜んでいました。部屋も豪華で、お風呂も朝食も良かったです。 ・唯一、wifiが繋がりませんでした。(ロビーのみ可だったらしい)

素泊まりでしたが温泉大浴場もあり快適でした。周りにコンビニや食事処はなく(ホテル内にはレストランあります。)売店にはお土産メインでカップ麺程度しかありません。素泊まりのご予定の方はそのつもりでいた方がいいです。

快適でない！

部屋のトイレが壊れてた。部屋を移動したらその部屋はWi-Fiが届かない。なのでまた部屋を移動。 18時に夕食を予約して行ったが誰も来なく18時15分に料理の火を付けに来た。またせ過ぎです。 食事のメニューが違うグループと隣で食べさせられた。まったく配慮がない。

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Onsen was relaxing and food was delicious. The staff were very kind and attentive even though there was a slight language barrier. The location of the hotel is situated in the beautiful mountains with very easy access to Lake Tazawa. I would gladly return for another visit.
