「The staff was very helpful. For ecample they allowed me to use the spa facilities on the day of my check-out after retunring from a trail running event although the check-out time already passed. 」

「Fantastiskt fjällhotell med bekvämligheter utöver det normala. Väl städat hotell - vi bodde i den äldre Cristal-delen. Frukost och middag serverades på buffé med riklighet och fräschör. Fantastiskt personal i restaurangen, inga bekymmer med språk, här pratas i första hand Italienska, men även tyska och engelska.」

「Struttura molto bella, panorama incantevole. Camera in perfetto ordine, accogliente, spaziosa, dotata di tutti i confort, compresi i calici da prosecco. Ampio balcone con vista mozzafiato sulle montagne da cui abbiamo ammirato una bellissima alba. Bagno enorme con vasca grande e comoda. Tutto eccellente! Accoglienza cordiale e gentile.」

「 Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families.」
