The bathroom and water was smelly when we turned up, pool was dirty and no hot water, the smell in the bath disappeared after the first night so they need to flush pipes and air room before guests arrive, the hot water was fixed when told the front desk, the pool was chlorinated on the second last day which was disappointing as it looked a nice pool but was our last day. The staff were awesome.

When we arrived the bathroom smelt and the pool was dirty, after a day or so the smell in the room went. I believe if they flushed the drains in the bath room the day before we came this would have been alright, the pool was dirty, mossed and murky. They did not clean the pool until our last day, the hot water was not working but after we let them know it seemed to be fixed. The staff were awesome.

Our room and bathroom were dirty and smelly, water didn’t drain well in the shower, huge gap under the door allowing mosquitoes in. We complained next morning and they moved us to another room which was slightly better however same plumbing issues. The pool was ready a day before we left. The only nice thing I can say about this resort are the staff, they were very polite and tried their best

Absolutely amazing spot. Close to so much. The local Bali boozy Is a great spot for food and drinks. Only negative was the quality of breakfast. Plenty of options just didn't tickle my Aussie tastebuds haha

We stayed in August 2023 in a villa with direct 24 hour access to a swim out pool from our lounge / balcony. Stunning! Room was large, clean & huge king size bed. Location was very quiet, yet 2 minutes walk to surf beach . Room service & quality of food was excellent. Staff amazing. Highly recommend 😊

Was a quiet and relaxing place. To stay a few days. Easy walk to the beach and down to seminyak. Or on a bike. The rooms themselves need updating, bathrooms are a bit dated. Mirrors, shower cupboards need a refresh.

To improve: Gym facilities not equipped. Not a major issue, but given that it is advertised as "gym", it should have minimum equipment, besides bycicle and threadmill. Beach area in proximity of the resort is a construction zone, will certainly be more attractive once works completed. Pros: Great clubs and bars walking distance. 15/20 mins drive to either Canggu and/or Seminyak centres. Hotel is great, clean, quiet. Staff are attentive. I would definitely visit again.

Honeymoon Trip

Salila Beach hotel is set out beautifully, just off the busy road to ensure peace and privacy. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and quaint balcony. The bathroom was a little worn, exposed wiring but not a huge issue. We did lose wifi for a few hours a couple of days and the power in our room tripped twice in one day which was a minor annoyance, however, once reported it was fixed immediately. Breakfast was lacking slightly for options so after our first morning we went further afield. The pool is lovely, never struggled to find a lounger our only gripe while sunning ourselves was how loud the music was played and how it was the same 20 songs on repeat. The hotel is a short walk to the beach where the sunset steals the show and the staff were exceptional, always willing to help with a smile and they're an asset to the hotel. I would stay here again but with altered expectations.

Great accommodation for the price! Nice, clean and quiet rooms with a lovely pool area & swim up bar. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The alcoholic drinks served are too expensive compared to the rest of island but other than that it’s been a great stay.

We stayed here in July. Salila Beach Resort had very friendly and helpful staff. It was a great place to rest, the room and hotel was very clean and the pool was great. The resort was a great distance from the airport. And close to lost of experiences and excursions.

The property itself is great but the beach is undergoing renovations and there are very few restaurants and bars nearby and next to no shopping so although the hotel was nice and staff lovely we wouldn't go back
