The villa boasts a cozy living area, a private pool, and 3 comfortable king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with safety boxes, while guests will enjoy a restful sleep on high quality mattresses with a choice of pillows. In addition, the villa features a jacuzzi and a fully equipped kitchen, making it the perfect home away from home for families, couples, and groups of friends.

Relax in the private pool, which features a sitting area inside the water and a shallow end (100cm deep) as well as a deep end (180cm). After sunset, the villa is illuminated by a range of strong and soft, direct and indirect LED lights, which guests can turn on and off as they please to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The villa was just build and launched in 2023 and is regularly maintained, with small renovations and fixes performed as needed to keep everything in excellent condition.

In the living area, guests will find a range of amenities including free and fast WiFi (up to 60mbps), a 55'' UHD curved Smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming services, international TV channels, a selection of movies on DVD, and a 5.1 Bluetooth sound system. The comfortable sofa, wooden dining table and chairs, and open-plan design that connects seamlessly with the gardens create a space that is both inviting and relaxing.

The villa's two en-suite bathrooms are equipped with rain showers, bathtubs, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and hand soap, as well as a hairdryer.

Outside, guests will find a private swimming pool with a shallow end and a deep end, a jacuzzi, and 6 sunbeds with a table. The tropical gardens and beautiful garden lights create a serene and peaceful ambiance.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, and freezer, a water dispenser, a microwave, a rice-cooker, a coffee-maker, a toaster, a blender, and a water heater, as well as cookware, dishes, cutlery, and glasses. Free drinking water and gas for cooking are also provided.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa and can choose the time for daily housekeeping, as well as have the beds made up each day.

For short distances in Seminyak, walking or using scooters (which can be organized for guests) is recommended over driving a car due to the narrow street access. However, if guests do bring a car, the host can check for parking options nearby.
