We had the most unreal stay at Kresna. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing, coffee shop attached was wonderful. Pool area divine. A beautiful safe laneway to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We can't wait to go back

Beautifully designed cafe and lush gardens, children loved the pool and relaxing in the courtyard. Great coffee. Upper level units looked like they had a nice view. Nice staff. Close to the beach but preferred to swim in the hotel!

The room is very big, as well as the toilet, which provide both bathtub and shower. This hotel is close to the beach. However, it is very far away from the main street and the road connect them is quite narrow and dark at night.

Toilet didn’t flush properly even after 2 requests. Bathroom had no towel rails or hooks to hang your clothes on. Robe only had 3 hangers. Restaurant didn’t understand the concept of serving cold beer Everything else was fine.

スミニャックビーチまで至近距離

2度目の宿泊です。とにかくおすすめしたい点がスミニャックビーチへのアクセスのしやすさです。ロビーから徒歩30秒でビーチに出られます。水着のまま行き来できる距離です。こじんまりとしたホテルなので、お部屋からスタートしたとしても1分くらい。お部屋は2階のお部屋をおすすめします。１階のお部屋は、あまり日が入らなさそうです。私がプールサイドにいた時、１階滞在の方がドアを開けたのですが、少し湿気臭い感じがしました。2階は、湿気臭さはありませんでした。前回は、2階の違うお部屋に泊まり、どちらも良かったのですが、どちらかと言うと、バスタブのある方がバスルームが広くて快適でした。ロータス7です。小さなキッチンと冷蔵庫付きでコーヒーや購入してきた果物を食べるのに重宝します。スタッフは、英語が少し聞き取りづらいですが、とてもフレンドリーで親切だと思います。またリピートすると思います。

Desinteressiertes Management bei Baumsturz in Pool

Zum wiederholten Mal habe ich dieses kleine Boutique Hotel in der Nähe vom Strand gewählt. Ärgernis meines Aufenthaltes ist ein fast fatales Unglück durch einen Baum, der in den Pool stürzte und mich dort erfasste. Ausser einigen Schrammen ist glücklicherweise nichts passiert. Während die sich die Angestellten hilfsbereit verhielten, hat sich das Hotelmanagement in keiner Weise entschuldigt bzw. Interessiert oder erkenntlich gezeigt. Dies spricht für sich.

The address of the club rooms is not as advertised. The actual location is several minutes away and is at a separate property that is old and run down. We asked for a refund and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

ノンビリするには良いかも

女二人旅でしたのでホテルは問題がのいのですが 夕飯を食べに行くにはちょっと寂しい場所を歩かなくてはいけない 近くにはコンビニが有るのでお菓子、ビール、水も買えるので大丈夫です ミゾネットタイプでしたが上はほとんど使いませんでしたがお子さん連れなら 良いかもしれない

배수와 수압만 빼면 좋아요

넓은 방과 욕실 뒷테라스 앞테라스 프라이빗 썬배드까지 편히 쉴수 있었습니다. 해변도 충분히 걸어갈 수있는 거리구요. 스태프들도 친절한편이었습니다. 그렇지만 욕조 배수구는 안내려가고 수압도 약합니다. 솔직히 머리감기싫을 정도였어요. 체크하고 고쳐달라했는데도 별반 달라진게 없었습니다. 그외의 다른점들은 무난합니다,

일단 이곳은 두군데로 나뉘어있습니다 구글맵에 잡히는곳은 저희숙소가 아니었고 걸어서는 10분정도걸리는 the straw hut 이라는 식당옆이었어요 그래서 찾아갈때 힘들게들어갔고 예약해놓은 투어기사에게 정보전달하느라 애먹었네요 고젝 사용하신다면 주소는 저 식당으로 찍으셔야좋아요 비치와 가까운편이고 식당음식도 좋았지만 다음번엔 비치바로앞 호텔을 선택하고싶네요

We stayed in the Villa Kresna Boutique and Suites - Junior Suite. Our room looked out to the pool. Villa Kresna is in a great location, less than 2 minute walk to the beach, 5/10 mins away from restaurants and bars. Our room was immaculate on arrival and after all visits from housekeeping. Housekeeping also come around daily to spray the rooms to keep out mosquitoes, this was a welcome bonus as I do tend to get bitten, so this service was much appreciated. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and can recommend it. Only negative point I can make is that there weren't enough hangers in the wardrobe for both of us, as we were staying 2 weeks we had a lot of clothes!

beautiful place

Great stay at Villa Kresna. It was a little confusing to find the villa at first as they have 2 location and where the actual villa is located is like a labyrinth to get to when you are not used to Seminyak. Staff is very helpful and kind. We were there for my birthday and they provided us with a surprised birthday cake after our breakfast order at the villa.

Firstly, I didn't end up staying at this Villa. and thankfully I received a full refund. The night prior to our arrival, under 24hr notice, I was informed that there were renovations happening, and we'd be compensated with one free meal each per day. A $5 meal doesn't compensate the expense of this villa though. I also believe that they need to seperate the two accommodations they offer. The villa was not near the pool you see pictured here. Also it is positioned in an area away from everything, which would be nice if the villa was nice enough to spend time relaxing at. We like to walk everywhere so the fact there was no footpaths next to the roads makes this more difficult, especially if you have children. We went and viewed the villa and it was cute and clean. Probably not worth the $$ in my opinion. The renovations were underway right next door to the villa we were given, I mean on the other side of our wall... my main complaint is that I wasn't given enough notice. I had to waste part of my holiday finding a new place. I really hope management improves their communication with guests

Overall Villas are in need of upgrade,having said that everything worked and upkeep was excellent.Staff were pleasant and on standard issues very good but when a mistake on bookings made by me Silver Service were needed to sort out problems. The Straw Hut is past use by date but staff pleasant and food delicious,but variation of set menu can be disastrous.

Great for circa AUD100 stay in seminyak

- Basic structure, nice fit out. - Double air conditioning that worked well - Okay shower but hot water may be limited to circa 15 minutes tank - Location (proximity) to main district was great, just a short 800~m walk which allows you to feel tucked away with no noise and disturbance. - Location (environment) wasn't great. Apparently has security issues as advised by the front office manager and we were told to not walk out after dark. Streets were dirty and smelly. - Parking and getting in/out wasn't an issue with a scooter. - Inclusions were basic, 2 bottles of water a day. We had food vouchers as renovations were on-going which did not disturb us.

どの部屋もとっても広くてかわいくて良かったです ただお湯がぬるま湯になるのが早い部屋もありました。 スタッフはみんな優しくて、いい人たちでした。 インドネシア語を少しでも話すと みんな倍の笑顔になりますよ

３つのカテゴリーに滞在しましたが、 とてもかわいい内装で、気分が上がりました。 スイートでも十分な広さです。 ヴィラの方のレストランは朝ごはんもおいしく いごこちもよかった。 ビーチにもすぐです。 オベロイの辺り。 スタッフもみんなニコニコしてました。
