Can't speak more highly of the wonderful team at Gracia Bali Villas. We recently spent a holiday there with our two children and it was divine. The villas are spacious and clean, and just a short walk to the beach and main strip of Seminyak. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, and very responsive to any questions or requests. Our 8 year old daughter fell sick the night before our flight home and the team were simply wonderful, organising a doctor straight away and arranging new accommodation and transport for us, as we needed to extend our holiday while she recovered. Their support and care made a huge difference during a stressful time, and I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend this beautiful place!

Perfect location and perfect sized villas

The location was perfect. The access to sunset beach and the restaurants in there made it perfect. The villas were very well planned. Loved the fun floats in the pool- which was a perfect size! The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was great. The reception area could be improved and the acces to the high street could be improved as quite dark not well lit.

快適なバカンス

完全独立したヴィラで快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの方のホスピタリティも素晴らしく、部屋での朝食も最高でした。 バスルームは経年劣化がみられ、タオルも古い感じがありましたが、清潔感は保たれていました。 なお、部屋には洗濯機がなかったのがサイト記載の情報とは異なっていました。

La villa esclusiva con piscina privata è stata la location migliore che abbiamo trovato nel nostro viaggio in Indonesia. Spaziosa, pulita e con tutti i confort previsti. Ampi spazi comuni tipo loft e 2 camere separate con relativo bagno. Lo staff è molto disponibile e pronto ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta. L'unica cosa negativa è stata quella di poter stare pochi giorni.

This truly felt like a little place just for us and the private pool was amazing for u, and the kids lived in it. A different experience to the norm. My only negative feedback would be that they need new towels and bed linen as these were obviously old and going grey (originally white). Plus the shampoo/conditioner/body soap seemed very watered down. Having breakfast cooked daily was fab, but not enough food for two hungry teens. They did cook extra on request though and the staff would always extend themselves to our needs. It’s located in what feels like a sketchy lane so I wouldn’t want to walk at night and no obvious signs of a security guard on premise. But overall, with these things in mind, it was a great place to call our own for a few nights. Thanks for having us!! P.S. great air conditioned bedrooms. Sprayed for mosquitoes at night but still bitten so had to be vigilant with our own mozzie repellent

Great villa clean plunge pool

Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and clean. With a great outdoor sitting area and kitchen. The bedroom was comfortable with great amenities including the mini fridge. The only down points were the dated bathroom and the outdoor shower being rendered unusable by overgrown plants. Saying this the villas were well located clean and worth the price.

Great Place to get away

The Gracia Villa's are a great place to stay, staff are very freindly and will do all they can to make your stay fantastic, the barthrooms are a little tiered however they do the job. the pool is great as you can swim when ever you like, close to shops, dining and beach i will be back there for sure

Nice hotel close to the beach

We stayed here with family for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff cooked us breakfast in our apartment every morning. The location is great and is close to everything including the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment without a pool (we didn't want one). If you want a pool, I suggest booking a Villa room. We will come back to stay again.

Perfect place, to relax, go to beach and shop.

We had a girls week in Bali, mainly to relax and do a bit of shopping, but it needed to be easy and comfortable. Our villa was amazing. Totally private, with a beautiful full sized pool, that we started and ended our days in. We had breakfast included an the staff came in and cooked pretty much whatever we wanted, and nothing was an issue for them. The beds were really comfortable, and the air conditioning meant we all slept really well. We were literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops and a $3 cab ride to Legian shops, so position was brilliant. We loved it and intend to make it a an annual event.

Convenient and friendly staff

Staff was friendly. They cooked breakfast in the apartment every morning. Helped us with our luggage. The villa is a little hard to find as there is no sign outside to show us where the villa was. But we still enjoyed our stay.

needs lots of work but great location

The villa was in a very quiet location and the bed was very very comfortable and the pool was very clean :) if somewhat small. Also the breakfast menu needs an update and maybe more options. Bathroom did not seem to be very clean and water pressure very poor, the bidet did not spray water properly and i had to clean this (YUK and so gross). Also the holder for this was broken. My bed said table was broken and on an angle. Other things need fixing up like power points that's move. Kitchen was small and dirty, staff often left food in the sink in the mornings, yuk!

A lovely quiet villa close to the beach

We stayed in the deluxe 2 bed villa and were delighted with it. We were a party of 2 families but as our husbands werent travelling with us we spent ages trying to find a villa that we thought would be close to everything but quiet and safe, and we found it. This lovely villa is a 5 minute walk to Seminyak beach which has a great vibe and 5 mins walk the other way into town. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Also very accommodating when we decided to put back breakfast by an hour because the children were still asleep. The villa comes with fresh beach towels every day and there is a turn down service included. The private pool is clean and a good size and we had lots of fun using it. The bedrooms are also large and could easily accomodate 2 extra beds in each room, if the villa permitted. We had older children and it was perfect but if you had young children you would have to be uber attentive as there is no barrier between the villa and the pool. Also the raised platform, that we loved to jump into the pool from, would be a hazard to small children. You would just have to keep a very careful eye on young ones. However, for those with older children not a problem at all. Overall we loved this villa and will definitely be back!

We stayed in the apartment for 9 nights and was very disappointed. Although good in size, the rooms were very basic. Dirty walls, sockets hanging out, noisy A/C in upstairs room (to the point you couldn't hear the T.V. unless it was blaring) to name a few. The bathrooms were disgusting with mould, drains full of hair and smelly. The upstairs toilet also didn't flush away paper. The safe in the closet is pointless as you can just pick it up and remove it. The kitchen needs a refit and thorough clean. The apartment is also very noisy at nights and early mornings with dogs barking and motorbikes and taxi's beeping their horns.

Nice hotel

Great location. We had the family suite but it had no pool. Make sure that you get the villa with he pool. Some plumbing problems with the unit, but the staff took care of it. Great breakfasts in the mornings!
