"The elevator was not working. There was rubbish all over the property inside AND out. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower in our room. Cabinets don't close properly. Curtains don't close properly. Breakfast wasn't available at the time stated. The pool and hot tub were in need of SIGNIFICANT cleaning. "
