"Stay was during May-25 at the Akohara retreat in Ubud. On arrival greeted by staff with flower garland, drinks and local traditional dance. This is definitely a couples retreat. Our room was six levels down a mountain, some 405 steps down. We used the inclinator elevator to travel between our room and main pool and restaurant. "One of the best hidden gem in Kintamani area. This place has best view of mountain and lake. All staff is very friendly & helpful. The access to property is a bit confusing, you should ask around in case if you got lost. But it’s super worth it. I want to come back again for sure!"

"If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Ray and Honey were the best hosts - so welcoming, the best cooks and such great senses of humor. The villa exceeded all expectations and my group of 6 were beyond happy. The place is spacious, quiet, clean and absolutely beautiful. Ray gave us the best recommendations and offered up a wealth of knowledge about the area, and Honey's breakfast was off the charts. The infinity pool, the frog serenade at night, the location, the massages... everything...
