Amazing hotel for great price. Food options every night were great and you have 2 pool options as well as beach access. You also have a minibus a 5 min walk away that gets you into Efes centre so you don’t have to take an expensive taxi!

We had a lovely stay at Richmond Hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for families! 🌴☀️ Although our first impression wasn’t the best, the team really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr Arkin, the manager, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive and professional. He took the time to listen to our concerns and did his very best to accommodate us and find the best possible solution. His kindness and dedication truly made a difference to our experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with multiple swimming pools, lovely surroundings and plenty of facilities for families. My advice would be not to let your first impression fool you. The team genuinely cares about their guests and will do their utmost to ensure you have a pleasant stay. A special thank you again to Mr Arkin for his outstanding hospitality and customer service. We truly appreciate it and would happily recommend this resort to other families! ❤️🌴

The location is convenient and the staff was very nice. It's dated though, the carpet and furnishings are a bit worn. The building is roasting inside, they ought to use A/C in the common areas. Unfortunately on our first night my daughter went to take a bite of salad and a small green worm like insect crawled out of the end of a piece of parsley. This didn't seem to be common with the food, but it turned her off entirely to the fresh food buffets. Better quality control would be good.

Our family loved the rooms and the beautiful view from our rooms, however, the food was not the best:( not much variety, almost the same food every day. The staff were very friendly! Overall, we had a very good time on this property.

you don't need anything from outside..

clean and wide enough rooms, nice balcony and exceptional view, wide range of fresh food, salad bar is fantastic, if you are a very selective person, you will find your choice to eat, pools and the peach are awesome, entertainment team will never let you get bored, many places for children to enjoy their times, all speak English so easy to communicate, price value is reasonable.

It was ok as far as all inclusive hotels go. The food was good but choices were the same day after day. Wifi was a bit on/off for the first day but was ok after that.

Het was breed opgezet, aan het eind van augustus wordt het ook rustiger doordat de kinderen naar school moeten. Je hoeft geen handdoek neer te zetten bij het zwembad, er is altijd plek. Echter zijn er enorm veel muggen, is de buffetzaal heel gehorig en het extra italiaanse restaurant geen aanrader.

Decent budget resort. I would say it's a 3.5 star hotel. Good buffet restaurant. Very limited a la carte dinning. Nice beach with very fine sand. Probably because of the sand the color of the water is dirty brown near the shore.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist in vielerlei Hinsicht durchschnittlich. Es eignet sich aufgrund der Lage gut für eine Nacht vor oder nach dem Besuch der Ruinen von Ephesus. Einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Es war alles super nur was wir sehr unmenschlich fanden war, das die Bedienung nichts von den ganzen Mahlzeiten nichts essen dürften. Obwohl genügend essen da war. Die mussten aufräumen und evtl rest weg schmeissen aber essen durften sie nicht.
