This luxurious villa spans over 500m2 across three levels. It features 4 fully air-conditioned, luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and two on the first floor. The ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the terrace with a heated infinity pool, which is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, seating furniture, and an outdoor shower.

Next to the pool is a pergola with a summer kitchen, barbecue, and a dining table where you can enjoy your morning coffee, lunch, or cocktails. The villa also offers a selection of fine wines available for an additional fee. The ground floor features a wellness area with a gym, sauna, and a bathroom with a shower, ensuring active guests have all they need for a quality workout.

On the villa’s first floor is a living room where you can relax on comfortable sofas while watching SAT TV. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a dining area with a table for 8 people. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with a sea view, furnished with outdoor seating and a dining table. The villa also provides SAT LCD TV, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, iPod connections, an iPod stereo system, and an Xbox.

The second floor hosts two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, SAT TV, heating, and terraces with sea views.
Guests also have access to bicycles, kayaks, yoga mats, and snorkeling equipment.

This luxury holiday home on Brač offers two private parking spaces reserved for guests. Your loyal furry family members are welcome as well, as the villa accepts pets at no extra charge.
