Lovely four bedroom, 3 bath home near Roy Creek, is 3.9 miles to Atlantic shoreline. Solar powered so you can charge your electric vehicle for FREE on us! Sleeps 11. Just expanded two large sundecks in June 2024! Comes with 2 kayaks, 4 bikes, skylights and historic bar. Just added, a free Tesla electric car charger! Two TVs to stream on the free WiFi. Walk less than 1,000 iWatch steps to kayak on Roy Creek and Big Assawoman Bay. Pick fresh vegetables from the La Danza front garden, watch your kids and grandkids play yard games or just soak up the sun on one of the decks. Too hot? Cool down in the airy but very private outdoor shower. Or enjoy a sun-filled soak in the new 5-person hot tub beautifully situated on its own deck. If you need a swim but don't want to make the drive to the beach, then jump on one of a handful of bikes and peddle three blocks to the lovely community swimming pool and Kenwick Sound clubhouse.
