"We stayed in this hotel recently for 7 nights and can not recommend it enough. Lovely room with a great ocean view and a nice balcony. The staff were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The teams in the restaurants and around the pool made sure that all our needs were met whilst not being too instrusive on our time. We ate in the seafood restaurant and the Indonesian restaurant and both were delightful. Its close to Senggigi Beach, just pick up a taxi outside and there is a mini mart for supplies just up the road. "

"I loved the outdoor bathroom with its rock wall & tropical greenery. The varied choice for breakfast. Having 2 pools was good as children kept to the one I didnt even try. "

However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back! "
