"Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. I strongly recommend the chalet. "

"Spacious home with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Outside area was perfect and pool lovely. Great location, private and not overlooked and close enough to supermarkets. All mod cons you would expect and want. 4 double beds, great air con. Have marked down a little on cleaning, but wasn’t anything I couldn’t fix myself. "

"The location it was not where it supposed to be. I realy needed to stay in Nelas. In your site, the place is in Nelas. Thats the reason I booked at the first place. And even at the Google Maps it shows the place as it it in Nelas. But the fact is that it is not in the village I wanted. So I could not stay at the place. I had to move to another place with extra charge. I hope I could refund me because the information I had for the booking is not correct. Kind regards"

Leider war beim Buchen beim Anbieter etwas schiefgelaufen, so dass wir im Endeffekt -dank eines sehr engagierten Freundes und Familienkreis des Anbieters eine andere Unterkunft ohne eigenen Aufwand erhalten haben. Die war auch passend, auch wenn nicht so idyllisch wie das eigentlich vorgesehene Objekt. Und das liegt wirklich traumhaft schön und macht von außen schon Lust auf drinnen, was wie gesagt, uns leider...
