「This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. The room had a working aircondition for heating and cooling plus centralheating. 「何と言っても場所が非常に良いです。 キエフ観光の目玉ともいえる独立広場から1、2分程度の距離でどこへ行くのもアクセス良好です。 また、チェルノブイリツアーを行っている旅行社の1つ、SoloEast Travelの集合場所もすぐそばになります。 ホテル自体は独立広場から少し横道を入ったところにあり、周りは若干暗いですが、その分静かでもあります。 今回スーペリアルームを2人で利用しましたが、広さは十分過ぎるほどでした。 部屋の清潔感もあり、シャワールームも新しいものでした。 ホテルのスタッフの方は英語も堪能でとても親切です。 今回レストランの予約をフロントでお願いしました。 私達が希望したレストランは満席だったのですが、代わりのレストランをいくつか提案して頂き、更に予約も取って頂けました。 全体として非常に満足致しました。 また宿泊したいと思います。」

「I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.」
