This 1930s charming 3,600 sq ft Guadalupe River House on Lake Placid is the perfect place for your next family get-away or special event. With a fabulous commercial kitchen, 2 separate living spaces, 4 spacious bedrooms that offer sleeping arrangements for up to 12 people. With arcade games and a foosball table it is ready for fun. The spacious covered patio with plenty of seating, smoker/grill is perfect for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee or a glass of wine as you enjoy impressive views of the river.
