The property was very clean and in a great location. Lots of fun things to do! The property manager onsite was extremely friendly and helpful; however, we had a lot of issues with the guest reservations lady. She called 3 hours after we arrived and checked in stating that we had no reservation and we needed to pack up and leave. She stated the cabin was reserved for someone else. I showed the onsite manager my email confirmation and had to email it to her to prove we had reservations. She was extremely rude about it. Thanks to the property manager it was resolved, but it was very stressful.
