Enjoy this comfortable one bedroom apartment with a spacious balcony, just a short walk from the beach.

You can also enjoy our shared pool and garden or prepare delicious meals on the outdoor barbecue.

Pool has a water heating function too.

It also has an outdoor grill, free parking spot in the yard of the house, free Wi-Fi and is air-conditioned – having everything you need for an ideal vacation.

Pool is shared only with guests of our house, ie. other three apartments.


**** About the apartment

You'll love to stay in this comfortable one bedroom apartment with a big balcony.

This cozy 35 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a private house and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

You can enjoy pool for free, shared only with guests of our other three apartments.

Apartment itself is comfortable with large 13m2 balcony.

Balcony has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast or diner.

Bedroom has comfortable kingsize bed and a single bed, while the living room offers a sofa bed for one additional guest.

Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware for preparing homemade meals.

Living room has LED 42” TV, air-condition unit and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The bathroom includes a shower, hair dryer and all essential amenities. A shared washing machine is also available for guests free of charge.

You also get a parking spot in the yard of the house, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, while restaurants, cafés, grocery stores and the village centre are all within easy walking distance.

Baby cot and high chair can be arranged free of charge upon request.

**** House rules:

Price for one night stay is +30%

For two or more nights stay standard price applies.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony and outside area of the house.

It’s also not suitable for pets, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Except that - just enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.

The outdoor swimming pool in the yard of the house is free to use and is shared with guests of the other three apartments.

Outdoor grill in the yard of the house is free too use and is shared with guests of other three apartments.

You will get a free parking spot in the yard of the house.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Seget Vranjica is a charming Dalmatian seaside village situated only a few kilometres west of the UNESCO-listed town of Trogir.

Known for its peaceful atmosphere, crystal-clear sea and beautiful beaches, it is an ideal destination for families, couples and anyone looking for a relaxing holiday away from busy tourist crowds.

Several pebble and rocky beaches can be reached on foot, while the scenic seaside promenade is perfect for morning walks and evening sunsets.

Local restaurants serve fresh seafood and traditional Dalmatian specialties, while cafés, supermarkets and other everyday amenities are all within easy walking distance.

Its excellent location also makes Seget Vranjica a perfect starting point for exploring nearby attractions such as Trogir, Split, Krka National Park, the islands of Drvenik, Šolta and Blue Lagoon boat excursions.


**** Getting around:

The beach is approximately 500 metres away.

The centre of Seget Vranjica is about 100 metres from the apartment.

Restaurants, cafés and grocery stores are only a few minutes' walk away.

The historic town of Trogir is approximately 6 km away, while Split Airport can be reached in around 15 minutes by car.

A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area, although everything needed for a relaxing holiday is within walking distance.
