Heads up: There is a dance pole in one of the rooms downstairs. Most guests find it fun and harmless, but we like to mention it so there are no surprises for families with kids. NOTE:
Our rate includes up to 16 guest. We can host up to 40 total FOR larger group, we charge $35 per night per guest after 16. just to cover extra linens, cleaning and utilities. We do this separately so that smaller groups don't pay more than needed, and bigger groups get the space fully prepped with everything you need for a confortable stay
