Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, the living room-dining with 6 seats dining table, the large enclosed patio, the deck, and make a full use of the laundry room. TV (streaming channels only) in living room, in master bedroom and in third bedroom, fast wi-fi. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Close to hiking trails, restaurants, galleries, yoga studios, etc. Easy self check-in with a key box, easy parking on driveway.

Home Away from Home in West Sedona

A very comfortable home conveniently located just off the main drag in West Sedona. Close to great hikes and restaurants. The house has thoughtful touches, very comfortable beds and delightful hosts. Highly recommend!

This property is in a neighborhood right off the main road in Sedona and is super close to many restaurants and hiking trails. It’s got a nice sunroom, clean and comfortable rooms, and is overall a great place to stay!

Very nicely equipped home in excellent location.

We have used a number of vacation rental properties, and this was one of the best. The location was great because it was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to the Golder Goose Restaurant for dinner.Max provided everything to make our visit great including soaps and coffee. We were able to do the laundry before we left.He also gave us a lot of info about the area and saved us a lot of precious "exploring' time.We will stay there again when we get back to Sedona.Thank you, Max!Ed & Sandy

Beautiful space and outstanding owner!

The space was clean, comfortable, beautiful, spacious and perfect for my sister and I. We stayed in Sedona for a week and loved staying at Max's West Sedona home. Max was more than responsive, he checked in with me mid week to simply make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little getaway

The beautiful zen house had just what we needed. The patio in the backyard was lovely and well kept - and thank goodness for that umbrella’s shade. Some of the little things that turned out to be big were the lounge chairs, the ice maker/filtered water features of the fridge, and the bed in the enclosed porch - comfortable place to read and/or nap.

Nice, but got bitten a lot

I really liked the place and it's in a great location and the checkin - checkout process was super simple. But both my daughter and I got bitten a lot while we were in the house. Not too sure if it was spider bites or bed bugs.... I did tell them and they said they would rectify the situation so if they do the property has a lot to offer in terms of space, location and amentities.

As good as it gets

Mel, though we never saw her in person, was the upmost accommodating and kind. She went out of her way to ensure that we had all we needed throughout the stay and that is something not many people new now a days. This place is right in the middle of Sedona and everything fun is 15 minutes away max. Unless of course you're trying to go further than that then there will always be more fun.

The house is very nice and in a great location. Close to everything. Also I had booked an incorrect date and only noticed as the vacation approached and was checking my booking. Mel was able to accommodate shifting my schedule to correct the mistake- how nice is that! I highly recommend this rental.
