This home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by full-time, retired neighbors and is best suited for guests who value peace and relaxation. To maintain a calm environment for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests fully observe quiet hours. If this isn’t a good fit for your travel style, this may not be the right property for your stay.

Sedona city ordinance requires quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and sound carries easily in this area.

During quiet hours, please:
• Keep outdoor noise to a minimum
• Be mindful of conversations, music, fire pit use, and hot tub use
• Avoid bright or flashing exterior lighting

Our cowboy pool is a refreshing, seasonal amenity designed to help you cool off in the warmer months. It is not heated. In cooler seasons, it can also be enjoyed as a cold plunge for those seeking a wellness experience.

This private, garage-converted gym is for guest use only and offers a dedicated space to stay active during your stay.

***PET POLICY***
While we love pets, they are not allowed at this property. If we are made aware of a pet on the property and it was not communicated to us before the reservation we will automatically charge a $500 fee upon check out.

There are 4 exterior cameras that are pointed at all entrance points for the safety and security for guests and our property.
