Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms offer comfort and flexibility for up to 12 guests. The upstairs King Suite includes an ensuite bath, a loft with two twin beds, and a mini crib for families traveling with children. On the lower level, the Queen Room features two queen beds with memory foam mattresses, while another bedroom holds two twin beds. A detached studio with a king bed provides a private retreat, though it does not include its own bathroom. Three full bathrooms are equipped with towels, toiletries, and hair dryers.
Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen awaits with stainless steel appliances, a central island, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Gather around the dining table for eight or enjoy light bites at the bar seating for two. Sliding glass doors open to the deck, where you can savor fresh air between courses. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cookware, dishes, and wine glasses.
Living areas
The open-concept living room combines comfort and connection, featuring vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows framing the mountain view. Relax by the gas fireplace or watch a movie on the 50” 4K Smart TV with Apple TV and Netflix. Listing Access
You will have access to the entire home. The detached studio, or the 4th bedroom, is not connected to the main part of the house and does not have its own bathroom. The studio is typically for overflow and you are giving automatic access to it if you have over 8 in your party. If you have under 8 in your party, and wish to add this on to your reservation, please let us know.
The home has a very big driveway with a 2 car garage. There is parking for 4 to 6 vehicles. Code on door for home access
Listing Neighborhood
The home is withing walking distance to uptown where all the best restaurants and shops are located. The famous Pink Jeep tours are also very close, which are a great way to tour the red rocks off road. Sedona noise ordinance requires no loud noise after 9pm so rest assured for peace and quiet:)
