Safety is priority around the pool. Please keep the cover on when not in use and be mindful of children near the pool

Pool Heating:
$35/day to 85 degrees from Apr-Oct. $50/day from Nov-Mar.
-For your convenience, please let us know the day before your stay if you would like the pool heated to ensure it’s warm when you arrive.
-Pool takes several hours to heat up
1. No parties $1000 fine for breaking this rule
2. No pets, or animals
3. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed. $1000 for breaking this rule
Quiet hours start at 9 pm due to strict Sedona noise ordinance. Please be respectful of this law.
4. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
5. Hanging party decorations, banners, signs, or any other decor on the wall with tape, tacks, or nails is strictly prohibited. Use of confetti will result in additional cleaning fees. $100 fine for all missing remotes
$30 for each missing towel
