Sedona Retreat is a spectacular 4 bedroom, 4 bath home perched high on a generous size 1/3-acre lot with red rock views on a quiet cul-de-sac in a custom home neighborhood in West Sedona. This house has a separate living quarters downstairs with its own full size galley kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom, and dining. This is two homes for the price of one that can accommodate large groups of 13: 8 upstairs and 5 downstairs. Both areas have their own entrances and internal staircase.

The house is beautiful and perfect for large families. We enjoyed the view from the different balconies. We will diginetely come back! The only thing we noticed was significant dust around the chimenye and in some furniture. Other than that, kitchens and bathrooms were clean and with all the necessary amenities.

The host was very quick to respond to my questions and check in and out instructions were clear and easy. The house was big and beds were comfortable. The newly remodeled kitchen was great for our group. Location was excellent.

Lots of space for 3 couples. Kitchen was under repair (we were notified before arrival) so we had to use a downstairs kitchen, but it was well equipped. Beds were comfortable, lots of outdoor spaces to relax too!

This was a great home for a family vacation. We were there for our wedding and were able to have all of our closest family stay with us without being crowded. Host was very quick to respond and I could easily tell that they care a lot about this home!

Super spot in West Sedona

Just leaving Sedona after another wonderful week long retreat. It's the third time I have rented this spot and feels like a second home almost. With the added outdoor furniture the space for private chats and relaxing is multiplied. My guests always love the 4 bathrooms too so no long lineups (the ladies know what I am talking about right?I highly recommend this rental. Relax on the covered porch (great sunrise spot!) or take meals on the deck to enjoy the outdoors. Thankfully the airconditioning is super so even on a hot day you are comfortable too. And the location is the best. Get to all the West Sedona spots and skip the traffic.Thank you again for a great stay!Many blessings, EagleSpirit

Great location and spacious, cleanliness was disappointing

The location of this property was easy and convenient to everything we planned to do. However, the cleanliness of the property was very disappointing. I did reach out to the property owner at the end of our stay and made them aware of it. They said they would look into it. The cleaning company also showed up an hour early on our day of check out and told us that we needed to check out at 10am when everything we had said check out was 11am. After showing the cleaning person the itinerary she said she would get with her supervisor to confirm. Bedding was clean. We definitely left the place alot cleaner than we found it. Unfortunately we would stay elsewhere next time.
Master bedroom tub had a dirt ring around it. Toilets and mirrors were not clean in all bathrooms.

Great Hiking Hub

Lots of bedroom and bathroom space for a group! We were 2 families with kids (4 adults, 7 elementary/middle school aged kids). Also nice to have additional kitchen and living rooms to spread out in. Lots of outdoor sitting space. Our trip was centered on hiking, this location was a nice short driving distance to trail heads and shuttle lots. It is a short drive up off the main road for quick and easy access, but still very quiet!

A perfect cozy cottage with beautiful views of Sedona mountains

When planning a short vacation with siblings, I ran across Sedona retreat - pictures looked to good to Be true but survey responses and info was near perfect, so I booked it.House is a two story structure with 4 bedrooms and four baths spread over both levels (3 bed 3 bath upstairs and 1 bedroom 1 bath that is essentially a basement . Our goup used the upstairs level with three external patios on three corners of the house with beautiful views of sedonas mountains. Located about a mile south of airport road you are on a quiet zone but still close to Sedona. Also recommend eating at the black bear restaurant in cottonwood 5 miles south towards Jerome for a wonderful cafe environment.

Great place for family/friends

Perfect for friends and families to get together. Lots of space and very well stocked. Rooms are set up well to be in the same place, but also have your own space. Great location in quiet neighborhood, but close to hiking and downtown area.

This house was exactly what we needed!

Large rooms asks plenty of space. The kitchen has good appliances but is small. I had a few people helping us and the size made that a challenge. I will go back when I'm hosting a family gathering.

The house that had everything!!!!

We absolutely loved staying here, and will be booking again! We loved everything about this house and it seemed to have everything we needed! There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids (we could’ve invited more people) because we didn’t even use the downstairs! We also loved all the outdoor seating and all the porch areas!

Beautiful home. 4 women, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms! Perfection! The home is large enough to sleep many more people! We “may” even consider bringing our husbands next time!? This will be our go to place for future get always.

Best Western Sedona location I've found

My guests and I enjoyed this home so much last year that I rented it again. With 7 women coming to relax and enjoy all the Sedona offers, having a well laid out house with 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens was a must. This year, rather than have our private chef cook in the home, it was catered so all we had to do was get out the dishes and cutlery and sit down and enjoy our meal together. The views are awesome from the 3 key sitting areas spread out around the house, but that lovely covered porch was super to enjoy time together between hikes and outings and meditations. And the air conditioning works great so you can cool down to a more comfortable temperature when you get hot. It's location, location, location for this property as you get to skip the crazy traffic of uptown and can just head down Dry Creek Road to many of the best hikes in the area. Already thinking about renting here again for next year's May getaway. Thanks so much!
