気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Do not stay at Purple Lizard Villa.
The photos in the listing did not accurately represent the room we were given. We arrived late at night to a property with zero outdoor lighting — it was completely pitch black. As two women traveling alone, this immediately felt unsafe.
Inside, there were broken and missing bathroom blinds with no privacy, black residue on multiple walls, and most alarming, a front door lock that was not secure. The entire lock mechanism swiveled 180 degrees. We did not feel safe spending the night there.
We left immediately and paid for a hotel down the road out of pocket. When these issues were brought to the host’s attention, the response felt dismissive, and a refund was refused. We are still attempting to recover our money.
Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to reconsider booking here.
