-Pet Policy: One dog under 40 lbs may be permitted with prior approval and a $75 per night pet fee. Guests must pick up after their pet and keep pets off all furniture and beds. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. Any guest bringing an undeclared or unauthorized pet will be charged double the pet fee and will be responsible for all related cleaning, damages, and additional costs incurred.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire house, except the storage shed attached to the deck. All amenities listed are available for guests to enjoy! Guests will be given a personal code to access the front door of the house from 4 pm of their check in date to 10 am of their check out date.



*** Please keep the gate to the backyard closed at ALL TIMES. The Javelinas are known to roam the neighborhood and they need to be kept out of the backyard. Thank you!



Other Things to Note:

The Spa technician comes Monday typically between 9am and 12pm to service the spa, and often checks the cleanliness of it on Friday afternoon to keep the hot tub clean for guests. No action is needed, he will walk around through the gate and wont be there long. Just don't be surprised!



Sedona is a desert, so there is an abundance of wildlife, bugs and pests. We pull every stop with pest control and deterrent, however, there will always be a presence outside our control. We recommend to leave gates, doors, and screen-less windows closed. Always pay attention to your surroundings.
