You will have access to the guest suite and the private patio and porch connected to it.

Listing Notes
The guest suite is attached to the main home and separated by a sound dampening wall. There are no shared spaces.

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

We have cameras monitoring the parking areas and the front doors. There are no cameras inside the house or in the back of the house. The hot tub is located in the backyard gardens.
Quiet hours: 9pm-9am.
1. No parties: $1000 fine for breaking rule.
2. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes: $1000 fine for breaking rule.
3. No pets: $1000 fine for breaking rule.
4. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
5. Using glue/sticky substance to adhere anything anywhere will result in a $1000 fine
6. Missing items will result in an additional fee.
