Living area: The inviting living room offers comfortable seating and a welcoming place to unwind after hiking, sightseeing, or exploring Sedona. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the surrounding landscape.



Kitchen and dining: The well-equipped kitchen includes the essentials needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Gather indoors for a relaxed dinner or enjoy an alfresco meal beside the pool as the red rocks glow at sunset.



Bedrooms: Three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms provide private, comfortable spaces to recharge. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom, making the layout convenient for couples, families, and groups traveling together.



Outdoor oasis: Step outside to the highlight of the property. The private swimming pool offers a refreshing place to cool off beneath the Sedona sun, while surrounding loungers and seating areas invite guests to relax and enjoy the views. Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home and its amenities, including all three bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, swimming pool, koi pond area, outdoor lounge spaces, and rooftop deck. Check-in and access instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The home is surrounded by Sedona’s iconic red-rock scenery and offers convenient access to hiking trails, sightseeing, restaurants, galleries, shops, and local attractions. The peaceful setting creates a sense of privacy while keeping Sedona’s most memorable experiences within easy reach.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Sedona and reaching trailheads, restaurants, shops, and attractions. Travel times can increase during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons, so guests should allow additional time when planning outings.



Other Things to Note:

The private swimming pool is not heated and is generally most comfortable from June through September. Water temperature and seasonal usability depend on the weather.



Stairs are required to reach the rooftop deck. Children must be closely supervised around the pool, koi pond, rooftop, and all outdoor areas.
