Hotels.com never informed this place that we booked and paid. Paid for 2 bedroom unit, got dumped in 2 x single bed units. Property manger was very accommodating, however 45min in total on calls to your call centre to be cut off and no response yet. Water only between 7am and 10am, and 7pm to 10pm, so no water for flushing toilets or showers inbetween

Great place

Would like a microwaveoven in room. Small gate was broken for a week. They always came and clean our place,just would like to know what time they come to clean.

Super Lage, Zustand des Appartments nicht so gut.

Super Lage zum Strand. Hier und da sollten kleine Renovierungen gemacht werden. Teilweise sind die Mängel bekannt gewesen, aber sie wurden nicht behoben. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche tropft am Anschluss und das Wasser läuft an der Arbeitsplatte vorbei in die Schränke. Die Rezeption war meistens nicht besetzt, also wenn man etwas möchte, muss man viel Geduld mitbringen.Da wir uns meistens am Strand oder in der Umgebung aufgehalten haben, hat uns das nicht sonderlich gestört. Wir hatten Apartment 130. mit Grill auf der kleinen terasse mit Blick auf die Dünen.

Awesome

Shearwater on Sea is great value for money! Lovely and clean. Kids had a ball in the pool and making friends with the other guests children. Very safe. I truly hope I am able to secure a booing for December 2016.

Appartamento freddo e sporco

Tralasciando il fatto che abbiamo viaggiato in Sud Africa nel periodo invernale per cui sia dentro che fuori gli edifici faceva un bel fresco.. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento davvero sporco (sabbia, terra ovunque, insetti morti qua e la), con piastre inutilizzabili così come il forno (x fortuna nn avevamo bisogno di tutto ciò)! Malgrado facesse freddo da un bel po' nn hanno pensato di mettere un riscaldamento portatile o qualsiasi altra cosa; coperte leggere... Disorganizzato. Al check-in già bello che c'era qualcuno ad attenderci e ci ha mostrato dov'era l'appartamento; al check-out la ricezione era chiusa tutto il giorno e nessuno ce l'ha detto... vabbé..
