「This place was so clean and inviting. There's plenty of amenities and the pool was relaxing. My only advice would be to have some sort of clothesline to dry clothes and towels after a day at the beach. Otherwise a perfect place to stay!」

「I would never stay at this property again. It does not match its 9.2 rating at all. The apartment is very outdated, with peeling paint and old finishes. There is air conditioning only in the bedroom, while the living room and kitchen have no air conditioning, making the space uncomfortable.
Another issue was that the windows have only metal shutters instead of regular windows, which made us feel uncomfortable and did not match our expectations based on the listing.

「My friends and I loved our stay at the Beach Villa! The host had great communication and recommendations for where to go around the area. The place included helpful features, like the porch clothesline, hose, beach bags, etc. And it was walkable distances to the beaches and still reasonably close to El Yunque. Staying here made the Luquillo trip extra fun!」

「The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!」
