"Take the option to upgrade to the Napau level if offered. Free breakfast, afternoon drinks & small bites for dinner. Saves hundreds of dollars a day. Everyone welcomes you as a guest! House keeping, pool staff, grounds keepers & everyone else. The only thing we didn’t like were the birds in the lounge and the fact that my wife always felt like we wee almost out of toilet paper. An extra roll of TP in the room would calm this anxiety. Not sure why they don’t provide an extra roll. The grounds are perfect, the pools clean, the beach & the ocean are perfect. We can’t say enough positive things. Even after 10 days, we didn’t want to leave."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is located in a great location. We received a fast response from the property manager. Overall, the property was clean except for the roaches in the kitchen. They were not located anywhere other than the kitchen area. Besides that, our family had a great time."

"This property was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. A little warning about parking. The garage parking is very tight with limited number of spaces. My husband had rented a full size SUV for the family. We ended up parking on the street outside the complex because the garage parking was too difficult. Fortunately, street parking was super easy!"
