Directly next to tiki bars, food, coffee, boat ramps, and parks, this condo gives you the ultimate Sebastian experience. All units have access to our shared patio, the patio has a fire pit and out door kitchen! *Boat slip available for duration of your stay. Please inquire for availability!*

Fabulous!

Perfect location directly across from the water. We were in the upper floor unit. Watched the sunrise from our personal balcony in comfy chairs, or right outside on the large communal deck with gourmet outdoor kitchen & glass fire pit. Best of both worlds. Great for morning walks, fishing, & walkable to eats/music. Super clean, with great communication.100% will be returning to this sweet spot!
