"The location is amazing with a gorgeous view of Sebago and direct waterfront access. The outdoor fire pit was great and is well positioned to have a view of the lake. There is ample parking and it is a fairly quiet neighborhood. We knew the house would be rustic from the pictures, but both the house and dock are in need of significant work. The beams holding up the awning in front are broken and so is screen door. The downstairs is unfortunately carpeted and seems to hold a musty smell. ...
