So the entire building is individual room units. I stood in two different rooms while staying here and I highly recommend to book "Vhagar's" Vista because it has its own bathroom attached. The first room I stood in was called "Meley's Crimson" which has a separate bathroom I needed to use outside of the room. Vhagar's room is on the 4th floor so be prepared to walk up four flights of stairs with your luggage. The room was right next to the rooftop access which was nice to view sunrise/sunset. My only issue and reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that the individual units walls are VERY thin. You can hear every conversation and movement from the rooms next to you. Its essentially living in a shared space and hearing your roommate brushing their teeth. Some people were quiet and others were not during my stay so its a give and take situation. All in all, the neighborhood is nice and you have many shops around. BEWARE that parking is horrible!! Once I found a parking spot on 15th avenue, I was too scared to move it which sucks. The streets get filled very quickly so keep that in mind also.
