The space Wake up on the water in our chic 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome on Fairview Avenue, perched along the eastern shore of Lake Union. Step outside to floating homes, sailboats drifting past, and seaplanes landing just off the dock — with lake access, swimming spots, and kayak rentals all within walking distance.
Inside, the space is light-filled and boho-inspired, with colorful tiles, natural textures, and curated cultural touches that make it feel both cozy and creatively styled. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light throughout the day, while smart-home touches like automated shades and touchless faucets add everyday convenience.
The bedroom features a queen bed and full bath. For additional guests, the office/library offers a comfortable pullout sofa, and the living room sofa provides another cozy spot to rest. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, plus in-unit laundry and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The crown jewel is the private rooftop terrace — perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or watching sailboats drift by and seaplanes land on Lake Union. During the summer, you can watch the Lake Union Fourth of July fireworks directly from the rooftop, while New Year’s Eve offers views of the Space Needle fireworks in the distance. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhome except a locked supply closet in the garage, hidden/ locked owner closet in the bedroom, and a locked off back patio/storage area.
