The space
Wake up on the water in our chic 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome on Fairview Avenue, perched along the eastern shore of Lake Union. Step outside to floating homes, sailboats drifting past, and seaplanes landing just off the dock — with lake access, swimming spots, and kayak rentals all within walking distance.

Inside, the space is light-filled and boho-inspired, with colorful tiles, natural textures, and curated cultural touches that make it feel both cozy and creatively styled. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light throughout the day, while smart-home touches like automated shades and touchless faucets add everyday convenience.

The bedroom features a queen bed and full bath. For additional guests, the office/library offers a comfortable pullout sofa, and the living room sofa provides another cozy spot to rest. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, plus in-unit laundry and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The crown jewel is the private rooftop terrace — perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or watching sailboats drift by and seaplanes land on Lake Union. During the summer, you can watch the Lake Union Fourth of July fireworks directly from the rooftop, while New Year’s Eve offers views of the Space Needle fireworks in the distance. A half bath on the rooftop level makes spending time upstairs especially convenient.

Beloved Eastlake spots like Serafina, Little Water Cantina, and Pete's Wine Shop are just a short stroll away, with downtown, South Lake Union, and the U-District all minutes from your door.

Parking is easy and included: one dedicated spot in the private garage, plus free street parking directly in front of the townhome for a second vehicle. No permits or hassle — just pull up and settle in.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire townhome except a locked supply closet in the garage, hidden/ locked owner closet in the bedroom, and a locked off back patio/storage area.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit.

• Beginning October 1st, the rooftop will be winterized as the weather shifts. You’re welcome to enjoy it on sunny days, but please re-secure it once rain begins. This means covering the furniture and taking down the umbrella.
• For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $140. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $140/each.
• This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
• While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.
