Overall, our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and it was a great location. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We did have trouble with the front door lock a couple of times, but you can also go in and out of the back door. One other thing was you cannot run the living room AC and both the units in the upper bedrooms at the same time. It trips the breaker. The weather while we were there was unusually warm, so I’m sure it’s not something that happens frequently, but it did happen to us. Again overall, it was a great place to stay and a great location.

Incredible location

Property has a lot to do for kids, assortment of games great home layout, next to a few parks and minimal traffic to city center but outside of the bustle. Very walkable neighborhood. There were a few issues with the property but the hostess was easy to get in touch with and fixed things immediately. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great Ballard location in Seattle

My family of four, as well as my sister and brother-in-law stayed at the house for 3 days while we visited Seattle. It was nice having separate bedrooms for all of us. The kids enjoyed playing the piano a bit and the stash of kids books/games! The kitchen cabinets are a bit dated but it wasn't a big deal.

Amazing home in Ballard

We had the most amazing visit at Melissa’s rental home for a friend’s wedding. There was plenty of space for four of us to have privacy and also come together and hang out in common areas. She had thought of anything you might need while at her home and has stocked up! The local wine, snack mix and chocolate were such a sweet touch as well! You will not regret booking this space for your Seattle trip!

Lovely home to gather with family!

We felt very at home for the week- a chance to be in Ballard with our son and his family. His brother and his family joined us with their two girls and we were able to enjoy activities over Thanksgiving together with ease. Our son’s house was just a few minutes walk away. 👍 The home was ideal for us, nicely presented, very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

Charming home

After our stay, I’m already thinking how to use it again with friends for an extended stay in Seattle at some later date. Well maintained, roomy, home with full basement. Next to park playground for young kids and big backyard. We had three families with children visit the five of us at the house for a half day and the backyard and adjoining park made for a great family gathering for parents and young children with plenty of room outside with ample lawn chairs.

The property was fantastic with a lot of charm. It was well furnished and very comfortable for our long weekend stay in Seattle. The kitchen was well furnished and had all we needed to cook and make the stay very pleasant. It’s Seattle in the fall so we did not get to enjoy the back yard as much as we would have liked but it was a large backyard that would have been great for dinners or a glass of wine.
