Experience the glamour of Capitol Hill in our modern and charming home with free parking!

This home is an 8-min walk from the 1 Line from Lynnwood to Angle Lake at the Capitol Hill Station stop and close to several Parks. Just a short drive from Downtown Seattle and the city's best attractions. You will also have access to plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options along 15th Ave and East Madison Ave!

Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and chill out in our beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home that offers open concept and upscale furnished, with several other complimentary features to experience as our valued guest(s).

Perfect for travelers, couples, and even those who are in the city for business!

After a long exciting day of adventures, cozy up in our bright and airy living area and indulge in your favorite movies on our 65" Smart TV. It is a great place to relax or entertain.

In addition to the many excellent restaurant choices, there’s a fully-appointed kitchen with ample storage and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area is a great place to eat and chat.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 49" Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom that features a large tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 45" Smart TV. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and equipped with comfortable mattresses.

For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and LG monitor for you to use and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 700 Mbps!

If you love working out, there is a Tonal weight training and Sole treadmill available!

An ensuite washer and dryer and 1 parking spot are all provided during your stay!

Perfect getaway

Very nice accommodations - well supplied kitchen, great water pressure in the showers, heated bidets in every bathroom. Perfectly located for our purposes. Easy to access property via front door or garage. Walkable neighborhood (hills - it's not just a name) with many food options nearby. Owner was very responsive when we had a minor door code issue. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. We come to Seattle every year for NWTF at Neumos/Barboza, and will definitely check to see if this rental is available next year.
