Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 king beds, 1 full size bed and 1 single bed. It also have 2 pull out couches. With 4.5 bathrooms home is perfect for families and couples.

Guest have access to the whole house except the garage and an owners closet.
Other things to note
This is a strictly NO EVENTS and NO INDOOR SMOKING property. This home is set on the quiet and serene Mercer Island, with homes on either side of the property.

Any evidence of smoking is a $2000 fine. Every unreported guest is charged $500 per person per night.

I will start with the positive which was the quick response of the owner/manager whenever we had a concern. What I didn’t expect was the lack of up keep on the home. The first night I spent in a room that smelled horrible. Come to find out it was urine on the carpet under the bed. The manager had someone come by and remove it and that solved that problem. The dishwasher was loose and fell forward when loading it. The outdoor furniture wasn’t in good condition. The shower door nearly fell off on my daughter who just had surgery. The worst was we woke up to discovering there were rodents in the house. We left a pear on the kitchen counter along with our bread on a different counter and rodents had gotten into it. I alerted the manager who offered to try and remedy but I didn’t want to concern my daughter who was fragile and tell her. We stayed two more nights but left one night early. The manager was completely apologetic and has offered to refund us those last few nights. I hope he follows thru.

A superb property, in a spectacular location and with a caring manager that was in constant contact and easy to reach. We had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect/as advertised and the manager bent over backwards to address a second floor HVAC issue which was greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying here again on our next Seattle visit!

Gorgeous Property

The most beautiful view and the most kind, responsive property manager. The house is huge, with lovely bedrooms and multiple gathering areas to relax and socialize. Truly wonderful stay.
