- No Pets allowed in the home
- We have one dedicated covered parking spot for a mid-sized SUV available. Street parking is available in a couple of blocks radius for larger vehicles.
- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.
- Please take shoes off at the entrance.
- No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft.
- Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute:
