The Space:
As you walk through the front door, you'll enter the spacious kitchen and dining area. The two bedrooms are located in the hallway (1 King and 1 Queen), as well as the full bath and washer and dryer laundry room. At the end of the hallway is the living room, where you can relax before or after your flight.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. There's a fridge, microwave, stove top/oven, countertop appliances, and even a dishwasher! After whipping up dinner, you can sit at the dining room table, which has seating space for 4 guests.

Living Room
At the end of the hallway sits the living room. Outfitted with cotemporary furnishings, you can kick back and enjoy a peaceful night in. The couch can also be converted into a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.

Bedrooms & Bathroom
In this apartment, you'll find two cozy and colorful bedrooms, both of which have luxury textiles and linings. One bedroom features a King bed while the other has a Queen bed and working desk. The sofa in the living room at the end of the hallway can also be converted into a sleeper bed if needed. Everyone in the apartment shares the full bathroom in the hallway. It has a shower/tub combo, toilet, and vanity sink with plenty of counterspace.

Accommodations for small children: A pack and play in master bedroom, booster seat with washable food tray/cover, plastic kids dishes ( bowls, plates, cups).
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire lower unit. Please note, there may be other guests staying upstairs during your stay so some noise may travel between units. The back yard is shared between the 2 units.
The Neighborhood:
If you're headed to the airport, you can't beat the location of this apartment as it's just 1.8 miles (5-minute drive) away! However, you can also use the apartment as a base for exploring the area. You're .5 miles from the SeaTac Dis Golf and Country Club as well as the SeaTac Botanical Gardens, and 1.5 miles from the Rainer Golf and Country Club.
For shopping and dining, head to Westfield Mall, which is just 3.5 miles away. Or you can shop for food at the local Safeway and Fred Meyer, both of which are 2.5 miles from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
1- The unit is very close to the airport so you will hear airplane noise from time to time
2- This is a duplex, and the upper unit may be occupied by other guests. Some noise may travel between units.
3- Please park on your designated parking spots: 1 spot in front of the unit B entrance and 1 spot on street in front of the house. The right parking spots are reserved for the upper unit A.
4- There are 2 run-down structures in the back yard. We are in the process of fixing them up.
****We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

We would like to give our guests their own space. Cohost can be reached via phone or text(preferred). Info is listed on welcome sign inside unit.
