This great condo is just one block above downtown Kirkland and the Lake Washington waterfront. Beautiful view. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, art galleries and many fun retail shops. Located just 15 minutes east of downtown Seattle and just 10 minutes north of downtown Bellevue with easy access to freeways. A great location for work or for a fun, relaxing get away! Another great stay!

I had another lovely stay at this condo! I highly recommend if you're looking for a safe, quiet place, around the corner from downtown Kirkland and close to Seattle/Bellevue.

Second Stay…as great as last time!

This is our second time here and the place did not disappoint. Same comfortable space, same incredible views and easy walking to the lake and restaurants. We also enjoyed the fireplace during the rainy evenings.

Incredible views of beautiful Lake Washington

Absolutely stunning views of the lake in a wonderful neighborhood. Easily walkable to restaurants, shops, grocery store, beach access. All necessary amenities available in apartment. Lovely stay.

The views are really nice as the pictures indicate. Was an older building with some mustiness, but otherwise exactly as expected, and Heidi was above and beyond helpful.

Third time is a Charm!

Third time staying here and always an amazing stay. First time during the summer and the views were even more incredible. Easy to walk to our favorite Thai restaurant in town and enjoy coffee at Zoka. Thanks again Heidi!

Great location and accommodations!

I stayed at this condo for 4 nights and it was perfect. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants, and cute little shops in downtown Kirkland. I had to work during the week, so WIFI capability was key, and it did not disappoint. I am already planning my next trip to Seattle and hope it is available for me to stay at again.
