The West side of Queen Anne is a fantastic Seattle Neighborhood. It's close to many local favorites such as Ballard, Fremont, Downtown and Upper and Lower Queen Anne Hill.
Guests can let themselves in via the front door smart lock and the home can be accessed by going up the stairs to the front door.

This home is a full time vacation rental on the top floor of an owner occupied duplex. The home has partial views of Puget Sound and the marina for a truly unique Seattle experience. You're a 10 minute drive to Downtown, Ballard and Fremont and about 1 mile away from the top of Queen Anne with fantastic dining and bars.

NOTE: This home is located on a hill and can be accessed via ~30 steps leading up to the front entrance of the apartment. There is NO access other than via the stairs. Please see pictures for additional detail
