The beach is a short walk down the neighborhood stairs just past the quaint Italian restaurant, La Rustica. If you’re up for a longer excursion, then a 15-20 min walk will lead you to the center of Alki with plenty of restaurants and activities for all!

Loved it!

My family loved this stay! Great decor and the putting green was a favorite! We loved the Alki area and an easy drive to Seattle.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable house! It was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The views were breathtaking; it is a great place to take in Washington's beauty!

We enjoyed our stay with a beautiful view. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated, and included all the necessities. We parked down by the water, and water taxied to downtown which is a simple and convenient process. Would stay here again.

Lovely Seattle home

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely house! The views were spectacular! The house was well equipped and comfortable for our family of 6, and Amy was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We especially loved the amazing views and great outdoor space with the golfing green. We also enjoyed walking down to the Italian restaurant as well, just down some stairs and close by this property. We will come back again, this place was such a gem! Thanks Amy for being a great host!

Peaceful perfection

This home is amazing. It had everything we needed. It was clean and well decorated. I loved starting my day sitting on the porch, drinking coffee, and watching the boats on the water. Very peaceful!
